Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Ewing Street from Woodland Park Avenue to Fremont Avenue; Fremont Avenue from Ewing Street to Clyde Street; Florentia Street from Fremont Avenue to Evanston Avenue; Evanston Avenue from Florentia Street to Etruria Street; and Etruria Street from Evanston Avenue to 3rd Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said streets, avenues, all in accordance with Resolution No. 606 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
