Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Maynard Avenue in the City of Seattle between Jackson Street and Lane Street; 7th Avenue South between Jackson Street and a point 180 feet south of Dearborn Street; 9th Avenue South between King Street and Atlantic Street; Weller Street between Maynard Avenue and 12th Avenue South; Dearborn Street between 7th Avenue South and 10th Avenue South; by grading, surfacing, side walking, bulk heading, parking and guttering the same, etc, all in accordance with Resolution No. 561 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
