Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing agreements and supplemental agreements with the State of Washington providing for construction of certain storm drain and sanitary sewer facilities by the City and State in connection with the construction of Primary State Highway No. 1, Seattle Freeway, from South Andover Street to South Hanford Street, from South Lucille Street to James Street, and from 13th Avenue South to South Andover Street, allocating costs between the respective parties, and making appropriations from the Sewer Fund, the Municipal Sewerage 1959 Construction Fund, the Seattle Sewer Bonds 1946 Fund and the City Street Fund therefor.
