Introduced as Council Bill 1296

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 10th Avenue South in the City of Seattle from Judkins Street to Norman Street; and Norman Street in the City of Seattle, from 11th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; by constructing therein a sewer of proper dimensions, with all necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 422 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
