Title

An ordinance relating to the Sewerage Utility; authorizing the re-routing and reconstruction of existing sewers in the area bounded by Jackson and Charles Streets and 20th and 23rd Avenues South in connection with construction of a new Junior High School in such area; authorizing acquisition of necessary easements in such connection and making a partially reimbursable appropriation from the Sewer Fund therefor.
