Title

An ordinance relating to the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 6th Avenue South from Fidalgo Street to its junction with Maynard Avenue and of Maynard Avenue from its junction with 6th Avenue South to Front Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the establishing of the necessary grades, the right to construct slopes for cuts and fills on the property abutting, providing for payment of the cost of such improvement by special assessment; and providing in such connection for the acquisition by condemnation of certain additional land and other property for general municipal purposes and payment therefor from the General Fund.
