Title

An ordinance authorizing an agreement with the State of Washington for reimbursement to the city of its costs incurred in connection with the removal and relocation of a certain watermain and appurtenances necessitated by the construction of Primary State Highway No. 1, Seattle Freeway, from East Prospect Street to Shelby Street, authorizing such removal and relocation, and making a reimbursable appropriation from the Water Fund therefor.
