Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of East James Way from Broadway to 11th Avenue; for the establishment of the grades of said street and the changing of grades at the intersections of East James Way with intersecting streets; for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other prioperty necessary therefor; for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon property abutting and for the acquisition of adjacent land and other property for general municipal purposes; and providing for payment from the Seattle General Arterial Improvement Bonds 1954 Fund, except as otherwise provided.
