Title

An ordinance determining the area bounded by Yesler Way, Empire Way South, Lake Way, Rainier Avenue and 14th Avenue South to be a "blighted area", and designating such area as appropriate for an urban renewal project; authorizing an application for an advance of funds from the United States of America for surveys and plans for an urban renewal project in such area, and a request to reserve Federal capital grant funds in an amount sufficient to enable the City of Seattle to finance the undertaking of such project.
