An ordinance requiring the keeping of dogs on the premises of the owner or custodian thereof except when on leash; defining offenses; authorizing impounding and prescribing penalties, all subject to the referendum at the municipal general election of March 11, 1958; providing for the certification of said referendum proposition and prescribing the ballot title.
