An ordinance granting permission to Mildred M. White to improve Plymouth Street from Amherst Place easterly to the westerly boundary of the U. S. Naval Station, and certain other streets and U. S. Government property, by constructing storm sewers and providing for the necessary surface drainage, at her own cost and expense.
