Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the acquisition by condemnation of land and other property for the widening of Holly Street between Rainier Avenue and 51st Avenue South, in conformity with the existing grades; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts or fills upon the property abutting on said street; and providing that the entire cost for such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, or from such fund as the City Council may direct.
