Title

An ordinance granting permission to Cobb Development Company, Inc., to improve 26th Avenue Southwest from West Holden Street to West Kenyon Street, and certain other streets and avenues, by grading and otherwise improving the same, at its own cost and expense; repealing Ordinances Nos. 83778 and 84097, pertaining to this same improvement; and ratifying and confirming all acts and expenditures performed by authority of said ordinances prior to repeal.
