Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Massachusetts Street from 14th Avenue South to the center line of the alley west of 12th Avenue South; thence north along the center line of said alley and of said alley produced to the center line of Atlantic Street; thence northeast across private property to an intersection with 12th Avenue South at a point 120 feet south of Judkins Street; 12th Avenue South fro Grand Street to Massachusetts Street and from a point 120 feet south of Lane Street; 13th Avenue South from Judkins Street to Massachusetts Street and Grand Street to Massachusetts Street; and 14th Avenue South fro Atlantic Street to Massachusetts Street; by constructing an ironstone pipe sewers, all in accordance with Resolution No. 162 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
