Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 28th Avenue Southwest from West Holden Street to West Kenyon Street, and of West Kenyon Street from 28th Avenue Southwest to the west line of Kenyon Addition; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said streets; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts or fills on the property abutting on said streets; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by a special assessment on the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
