Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue North from Highland Drive to Lee Street; Lee Street, from 2nd Avenue North to 1st Avenue North; Warren Avenue from Lee Street and Galer Street; Orange Place from Lee Street to Galer Street; and Galer Street from 2nd Avenue North to 1st Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle by grading the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 33 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
