An ordinance granting permission to August Lillquist to improve Bishop Place West from approximately 130 feet southeasterly of the south line of East View Addition, as recorded in Volume 49 of Plats, Page 80, Records of King County, Washington, to West Fulton Street, and certain other streets and avenues, by grading and otherwise improving the same, at his own cost and expense.
