Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation and appropriation, taking and damaging of certain property in Minor's Addition and in Carleton Park Addition for park, drive and boulevard purposes; and providing that in grading and regrading Magnolia Boulevard the right to construct slopes for the necessary cuts and fills upon certain lots in Minor's Addition, the Assessor's Plat of Carleton Highlands and Carleton Park Addition be acquired by condemnation and providing for payment therefor from the Cumulative Reserve Fund.
