Title

An ordinance providing for the establishing of the curb grades of 55th Avenue South, from Seward Park Avenue northerly 463.74 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the west; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary to obtain the right to grade said portion of 55th Avenue South in conformity with the grades established herein and for making of the slopes for cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said portion of 55th Avenue South and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid from the City Street Fund of the City of Seattle.
