An ordinance providing for the improvement of Airport Way, from 4th Avenue South to Dearborn Street, and certain other streets and avenues, by the installation of a safety lighting system; appropriating money from the Seattle General Street Lighting Bonds 1948 Fund therefor; repealing Ordinance No. 77238; and ratifying and confirming the expenditures made therefrom.
