An ordinance providing for the improvement of Denny Way, from 1st Avenue to Elliott Avenue, and certain other streets and avenues, by the installation of a traffic safety lighting system; appropriating money from the Seattle General Street Lighting Bonds 1948 Fund therefor; repealing Ordinance No. 77239; and ratifying and confirming expenditures made therefrom.
