Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Emerson Street, from 15th Avenue West to West Emerson Place, and certain other streets and avenues, by grading and paving the same, constructing concrete and steel viaducts, etc.; directing the Great Northern Railway Company to construct, maintain, and pay for certain portions thereof, as required by ordinance; authorizing the Port of Seattle to perform certain work in connection with said improvement; defining the obligations of all parties in interest, and appropriating money from the City Street Fund therefor.
