Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Emerson Street, from 15th Avenue West westerly to the produced westerly lines of Blocks 100 and 103, Gilman's Addition; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the right to construct and elevated structure on said Emerson Street, between said limits; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid from the City Street Fund.
