Title

An ordinance relating to the establishment of daylight saving time in Seattle annually during the months June to September, inclusive, subject to the referendum at a special municipal election on November 2, 1948; and requiring the City Clerk to certify to the Election Board of King County as required by law, said referred proposition in the form of a specified ballot title.
