Title

An ordinance relating to the Water Department; providing for the replacement of Cedar River Pipeline No. 1 from Augusta Street to Beacon Hill Reservoir and that portion of Cedar River Pipeline No. 1 from the Control Works approximately 1600 feet northwesterly along the pipeline right of way to the end of the existing 66 inch steel pipe; making an appropriation from the Water Fund therefor and repealing Ordinance No. 76083.
