Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 14th Avenue West, from Elliott Avenue West, to West Garfield Street, and for the widening of the intersection of 15th Avenue West and West Garfield Street; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of 14th Avenue West as established herein, and of West Galer Street from Elliott Avenue West to 14th Avenue West as established herein; providing for the construction of a temporary roadway on a portion of 14th Avenue West as established herein; and for the acquisition, appropriation, taking an damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon the said streets; by purchase and/or condemnation; and making an appropriation from the City Street Fund therefor.
