Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Forest Way, from 12th Avenue South to Columbian Way; providing for changing the name of a portion of 11th Avenue South to Forest Way, providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Forest Street, and of Forest Way as established herein, from 13th Avenue South to Columbian Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets; and providing for the payment therefor.
