An ordinance granting permission to Sunrise Homes, Incorporated, to improve 29th Avenue Southwest from West Holden Street to West Myrtle Street, and certain portions of other streets and avenues, by grading same, constructing concrete walks, sewers and watermains, including overflow sewers and a pumping plant, at its own cost and expense.
