Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Spring Street in the City of Seattle from Railroad Avenue to 1st Avenue, by planking and sidewalks, sidewalks to be made of wood and 12 feet side, roadway to be 42 feet wide, and planking to be five inches thick and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment" under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 approved December 6, 1899.
