Title

An ordinance establishing the curb grades of Magnolia Boulevard, from West Barrett Street to West Dravus Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary to obtain the right to grade a portion of said Magnolia Boulevard, in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the making of the necessary slopes upon property abutting upon said portion of said Magnolia Boulevard, and providing for the payment therefor.
