Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street in the City of Seattle from 2nd Avenue South to 5th Avenue South by replanking, all that portion of the roadway not required to be maintained by reason of any street railway franchise; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment" under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 approved December 6, 1899.
