An ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Works to stabilize the shoulders on Columbian Way, from the existing timber trestle at Airport Way and Spokane Street to Alaska Street, and Alaska Street, from Columbian Way to Empire Way, with gravel and asphaltic plant mix, and appropriating money therefor.
