Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of an Alley from the north margin of East Galer Street to the North margin of the Alley platted in Block 13, Interlaken Addition; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
