Title

An ordinance relating to a providing for the acquisition by condemnation or purchase of a right of way for an electric transmission line over and across certain lands in King County, Washington, as an addition to the existing municipal light and power plant and system; providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property, property rights and priviledges necessary for said transmission line, to be constructed for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle and the inhabitants thereof, and any other persons, with electric energy, etc.
