Title

An ordinance relating to the Municipal Waterworks System, providing for the construction of a pipe line on Harrison Street, and other streets from 12th Avenue North and East Harrison Street to 15th Avenue West and West Garfield Street; a watermain on 1st Avenue North and other streets from Galer Street and Warren Avenue to 15th Avenue West and West Garfield Street, and other streets, from 22nd Avenue West and West Garfield Street to 34th Avenue West and Clise Place; a watermain on West Garfield Street, and other streets, from 15th Avenue West and West Garfield Street to 36th Avenue West and West McGraw Street, and a pumping plant at 15th Avenue West and West Garfield Street, designating the same as included in the additions and betterments to and extensions of the municipal waterworks system contemplated and provided for in Ordinance No. 67719, authorizing a temporary loan from the Water Fund, and making appropriations therefor.
