An ordinance granting permission to the Seattle First National Bank, as Trustee of the N.H. Latimer Estate, and Margaret M. Latimer to improve Latimer Place, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, by constructing sewers and watermains therein and otherwise improving the same, at their own cost and expense.
