Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Eastlake Avenue in the City of Seattle as a public street and highway through a portion of blocks 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, D.T. Denny Addition to the City of Seattle; across the whole block 10 of East Park Addition to the City of Seattle; providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose and for an assessment upon the property benefited and for the purpose of making such compensation.
