Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades on East 45th Street, from and including its intersection with 21st Avenue Northeast to Montlake Boulevard, on 21st Avenue Northeast from East 45th Street to a point thirty-six and fifty one-hundredths (36.50) feet north thereof, and on 22nd Avenue Northeast from East 45th Street to and including its intersection with East 46th Street; providing for the damaging of land and other property affected thereby and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said street, avenues and intersections, by condemnation, and by constructing a bridge; and providing for the payment therefor.
