An ordinance relating to and providing for the ascertaining of damages to be paid to the owners of certain property by reason of the vacation of a portion of The Alley in Block 1, Supplemental Plat of Cumberland Addition, to the City of Seattle, and authorizing and directing the Corporation Counsel to bring proceedings in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, in and for the County of King, to accomplish and purpose; and providing for the payment thereof.
