An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Madison Street in the City of Seattle between 9th Avenue and Terry Avenue by curbing and planking the same and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
