Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 14, Maynard's Plat of the Town, now City, of Seattle, from the south line of Main Street to the north line of Jackson Street by bridging and planking the same and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
