Title

An ordinance relating to the construction of a pipeline on Alki Avenue from Florida Street to 63rd Avenue S.W. and other streets; designating the same as one of the additions, betterments and extensions of the municipal waterworks system contemplated by Ordinance No. 62959, as amended by Ordinance No. 63382; directing the Board of Public Works to call for bids and to proceed with said construction; authorizing expenditures and appropriating money therefor; and repealing Ordinance No. 63578 and declaring an emergency.
