Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the construction of a pipe line from a connection with the Maple Leaf Reservoir to 17th Avenue Northeast, and on 17th Avenue Northeast, and certain other streets and avenues in King County; designating the same as one of the additions and betterments to and extensions of the municipal waterworks system contemplated by Ordinance No. 62959; and authorizing expenditures and appropriating funds therefor; and declaring an emergency.
