Title

An ordinance submitting to the qualified electors (voters) of the City of Seattle at the special municipal election to be held in said City on Tuesday, November 8, 1932, the proposition of creating an indebtedness in the sum of $1,128,000 and the issuance and sale therefor of general negotiable interest bearing serial coupon bonds of said City, for the purpose of constructing improvements upon the City's arterial highway system; requiring the City Comptroller and Ex-officio City Clerk.
