Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Franklin Avenue, as provided in Ordinance No. 56466, by the issuance and sale of the bonds of the district created to pay therefor; and authorizing and directing the City Treasurer to proceed immediately with the collection and enforcement of the assessments upon the property assessed for said improvement; and repealing Ordinance No. 62547.
