An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 1, Maynard's Plat of the Town, now City, of Seattle, by grading and planking the same and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
