Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking the damaging of land and other property in the Lake Union Shore Lands and in Pike's Second Addition to Union City, and other lands and property, for park and playground purposes, and providing that the entire cost thereof shall be paid by special assessment on the property specially benefited, or from such fund as the City Council of the City of Seattle may direct or by both special assessment and from such fund, all in the manner provided by law.
