Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Seward Park Way, from Seward Park Avenue easterly across Seward Park to the outer harbor line in Lake Washington, and of Seward Park Avenue from a point approximately three hundred seventy-five (375) feet northwesterly of Juneau Street to the westerly line of Seward Park.
