Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Elliott Avenue West and 15th Avenue West over and across a portion of Lots 6 to 13, inclusive, Block 133, Seattle Tide Lands; providing for the extending of the existing curb grades of said avenues over and upon the property herein taken; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenues; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, or from such other funds as the City Council may by ordinance direct.
