Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of an alley in Block 93, D. T. Denny's 1st Addition to North Seattle, now a portion of the City of Seattle, recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 79; providing for the acquisition of land and other property necessary therefor by condemnation or purchase; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, all in the manner provided by law.
